How Our Service Works

Step 1) You submit a request for an auction price quote

Step 2) We e-mail back an estimate of what we think your cost will be based on recent auction sales.

Step 3) Should you decide to go further, we then submit to you a list of vehicles that match your criteria that are coming through various auctions in the upcoming weeks. We try to find auctions in your city and state to keep cost down.

Step 4) If a car on the list meets your requirements, you then submit a $850 (or 2% of the expected price) non-refundable deposit. This deposit is applied toward the purchase price of the car. Once the transaction goes this far we swing into action.

Step 5)  Most  high performance and luxury cars don't come through Texas, we have to get most of these cars out of state.   Riverside CA, Atlanta GA and Orlando and West Palm Beach are the best locations for high end vehicles.

Step 6) We arrive at  the auction and verify the pre-inspection report and test drive the car on the auction premises if possible. We then call you from the auction and discuss our findings and impression of the vehicle.  The morning of the auction you must be available for consultation as there is usually more than one candidate vehicle, and we must decide on a primary, secondary and even tertiary choice.

Step 7) We bid on the car and usually win. We obviously have a maximum price set by you that we won't exceed. The auction charges a buyers fee usually around $500 dollars.  Rarely are the cars at auction perfect.  Many will have minor door dings, paint chips on the front spoiler etc.  Our price to repair these imperfections is significantly lower than for a retail customer.

Step 8) If we cannot find a car near your location we then ship the car either directly to you or back to Houston by truck transport, which usually costs $950.

Step 9) Many times we actually fly to your area and handle the delivery personally. When the car reaches you, we inspect again to make sure nothing happened during the transport.  We detail the car and it is ready for delivery

Step 10) When you come and pick up the car you are given the opportunity to test drive the car. You pay the previously agreed upon price. Well before this point you should have either contacted your bank to initiate the loan process or arranged other method of payment.

Step 11) You pay for the car and we start the registration (Texas Residents) and title transfer process. Once you place your original deposit we work until we find the right car for you.
